Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

An easy slow cooker pulled pork that works for sandwiches, wraps, or served alongside your favorite sides. One favorite is on rolls with cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 small pork roast quartered
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper sliced and chopped
  • 3 tbsp dry Italian seasoning or 2 packages dry Italian dressing mix

Instructions

  • Cover the bottom of a crockpot with a small amount of water.
  • Place the pork, chopped onion, green pepper, and Italian seasoning (or dressing mix) into the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for about 6 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
  • Shred the pork with two forks (or shredding claws) and serve. Great in wraps, on buns, or on rolls with cream cheese.
