I’ll admit something I realized this Thanksgiving: I’m not a big fan of turkey. If I had my way I’d cook ham, but family traditions usually win. Still, holiday meals aren’t about the centerpiece for me as much as they are about having everyone gathered around the table, sharing stories and laughter.
This year for Christmas dinner I’m planning something different: prime rib. I can almost taste the savory beef paired with scalloped sweet potatoes. A quick note — some of the recipes here include dairy. Traditional dinner rolls rely on dairy for texture and rise, though you can choose dairy-free alternatives like paleo garlic rolls if you prefer.
Here’s the menu I’m putting together for a festive, flavorful paleo-friendly Christmas dinner. Click each recipe title to view the full preparation details and ingredients.
